Everyone Has Intuition: Learning to Trust Your Inner Voice

Trusting Your Intuition Blog

Intuition is not something reserved for a special few.

Everyone has it.

It is that feeling in your stomach. That little nudge. That quiet knowing. That moment when you think of someone and they call. That feeling that tells you to take a different road, say yes, say no, wait, move forward, or trust what you cannot yet see.

The problem is not that we don’t have intuition. The problem is that we often talk ourselves out of it.

We overthink. We question. We look for proof before we trust what we already feel.

Your intuition is your inner guidance system. It is the language of your soul. It speaks before logic has time to interfere.

Learning to trust your intuition does not mean making every decision impulsively. It means learning the difference between fear and guidance.

Fear feels frantic. It rushes you. It makes you feel small.

Intuition feels calm, even when the message is strong. It may be clear, firm and direct, but it will not feel chaotic.

One beautiful way to strengthen your intuition is to practise with small things. Notice who comes to mind before the phone rings. Notice what you feel when you walk into a room. Notice your first feeling before you start analysing it.

You can also ask yourself, “Does this feel expansive or heavy?” Your body often knows before your mind catches up.

The more you honour your intuition, the stronger it becomes.

It is not about becoming someone else.

It is about remembering who you already are.

You are more connected than you realise.
